They was included in the luxury pack, so not standard unless asked for

They fold in very little (~5cm per side) so a bit useless unless you have a very tight garage to get into.

some early mirrors didn't have the puddle light

golf mk5 golf was lauched late 2003 in Europe

it probably is fair to say that most will have the light

My bog-standard Jetta has puddle lights...but that's probably to help those fat, low-end reps get
out the car without ruining their shiny shoes
