Hi Guys, I'm new to the forum so please forgive me if I'm asking an old question here. I'm trying to do some research here. Ive just bought a 2007 Mk5 Gt Sport Tdi DSG factory satnav, bog standard steering wheel at the moment. Ive got a gti steering wheel with mfsw buttons and paddle shift that I want to put on. My steering controller has suffix AP which ross tech says is a midline? does this refer to the MFD as it has a full standard MFD. I think from doing a bit of searching I need a module suffix AK or AL.
Can anyone confirm my AP will not support what I'm doing? is AK or AL the only ones I can use? there seems to be so many variations listed on Ross Tech, but how do I know which one will support Satnav, Cruise con, MFD, MFSW and paddle shift?
