Tiny knock on clutch Change

Hi guys I've just noticed today that once changing into gears one and two I get this little knock in to the change it only does it in gears 1 and two the rest are fine and also when I drop down from gears it all ok .

Anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

Common is clutch/flywheel for strange noises!

However, get it on a ramp and see is there's any thing simple first  - as the clutch fault is expensive!

Thank you i have actually had the flywheel, the clutch changed andthe gearbox reconditioned last summer. Hopefully it nothing big ill have a read
