I have now added the same bulbs to the main beam, so its white alround.  My white sidelight bulbs turn up tomorrow.

Which sidelight bulbs you gone for??

Sidelights are a pain in the backside to remove. I've just persisted and suceeded but also ended up with skin scraps and blood. Others have tried pliers.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Thanks guys! i didn't want to just yank em out in case i broke. :scared: Wasn't sure if they needed to be turned 45 degrees etc etc.
Now all i need are Ladies Hands! :grin:  Thought the germans would've known better! fiddly bloody sidelights
Anyway i'll give it a go with the long nosed pliers :happy2:
