I'm new on here can I come?

Any details?  Costs? Where are we staying? etc

Who is organising this?

^^^ Anyone is welcome to come, we will either be individually booking hotels and crossings or there is the packaged trip Robin has posted a link too at the start of this thread  :happy2:

....I removed the links as this thread is now all us lot. I'll now restore one of the links :happy2:

But if interested in the 'package' version which I'm going on : -

Linky : - The Nurburgring Experience....

I'll be meeting up with this lot of hooligans anyway when out there. If you're preferring to go on the trip version I am, then let me know and I'll get your name added so you don't have to register on yet another forum! Otherwise, add your name to the list here if you are serious about going.

Oh, and a Warm Welcome to the forum! :drinking:

I've stayed at the hotel before, good value but not really close to any of the bars or restaurants.  Been past the Linder and didn't fancy staying there either - bit to commercialised for my liking.

I also asked about hiring one of those Clios from Hotel Norschliefe - he wants a 5000EUR deposit UPFRONT!!!!

I just had a look at the Nurburgring Experience website - they arrange car hire as well, have emailed them to see what the costs are etc.

I've been on an organised trip before (albeit with Circuit Days) and it was great fun but cost a whopping £900 per car and all they did was book the ferry and accommodation. I wish I'd known about the Nurburgring Experience back then as looking at their site they seem to have most bases covered when it comes to back up and contacts.  They even promise to get you back to the UK if you have a problem.  Seems like a good way of doing things to me as I'd like the security of someone looking after me when I'm there.

Will ask a couple of other mates with Golfs to see if they are up for this trip and report back :)

....Yes, The N'ring Experience version will probably cost something in the region of a couple of hundred ££ more than this forum's trip (if that, but I can't be arsed to work it out) but, there are certain benefits. If you happen to decide to come on this NExperience version I'll make sure you get to meet these forum hooligans guys anyway.

Either way, we'll all meet up at various stages and have a great time. I think I'll have the best of both worlds
