Which big brake kits fit behind Pescaras?

Smallish spacers will be fine on the fronts as you have adjustable top mounts with the Clubsports. For a track/road set-up you would have about 3 degrees of camber which will get you peskis and a spacer well tucked under out of the way.
As you mentioned the Tarox will stop you on a penny but they are very expensive for disc's. I would go for the Alcon set up! as an allround compromise it meets most of your requirements best, Unless DaveB can cobble you some magic from somewhere.

i have them also,very good kit ,but they cant fit without a 12mm spacer in front

The ap 4 pots will fit behind the oem pescaras with 3mm - 4mm clearance, obviously r32 brakes will fit aswell.

No, you need Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 or equivalent to fit calipers with pistons on the outside of the disc except the Tarox 10 pot solution

Got a brand new AP Racing 330mm kit with CP5200 calipers - Thonk its CP5200-156 for the GTI uses the evergreen CP3215-D50 pad its basically the same caliper in terms of piston sizes and design as the CP5040 Pro 5000 race caliper I think its 1,5mm wider from the centreline to the front face.

Retail is £1638 plus VAT with a 8 week lead time, looking for £1480 all in delivered. Andy (Wigit) had the last one and gave some good feedback following a track day he did

Swap the Pescaras for the same style but ET44 BBS VZ033s. Much better clearence.

Usually ET44/45 won't rub, but it depends on your choice of tyres.
Do the fender screw mod and 95 % of 225s will never rub, while all
235 semi-slicks (which tend to be wider) will certainly rub even with
the mentioned screw removed. Nevertheless 8x18 ET45 is a highly,
if not the most popular size.
