Bathroom Built Fred

Dealing with a bit of a mess really... tatty bathroom fitted by previous owner. Everything is Bodged.



Strip down






Sorry its not Zanio....


The lovely Laura.






New rad legs.


New WC feed




Wall taken down...


New wiring looms installed








Old waste pipes out.


New walls.


Bath trial fit


New wastes.. not ideal but will be ok.


Units in.


Mirror (lit and heated) trial fit.


6mm ply


PHEW.... it fits!!!


Tiles going on... fecking hard work!



Cabling... 2.5m 3 core for the spur. changed some of the cable for more appropriate 3C+E flat grey cable


Trying out the downlighters in old bathroom... less i know ive got a gay tash!  :signLOL:




Bath overflow filler.




Silent extractor Fan


Digital shower to be fitted


Started on Sunday.... absolutely f****** already!  :sleepy:

That bath looks quality. We just had new bathroom fitted by our landlord!!. They done good job but the bath we got is super thin and mega deep i struggle to get in the bloody thing..

Yeah its a great design and really maximises bath space in our fairly small bathroom... it seems a bit "cheap and nasty" tho, but I'm not sure what other baths are like.

More swearing today.... I even head butted a tile out of frustration.  :fighting: :fighting: :fighting:

Ohh.. and then dropped my iphone and put a small crack in the screen!  :fighting: :fighting: :fighting:

Bath in and secured.... well, as secure as we could make it.





And the injury from the aforementioned "Tile + head" incident!!
