Has anyone on here ever ordered the induction kit from the VF Engineering website? It put in that it was to be delivered to the UK as they are a US based company but it didn't change the price at all? $300.00 which I presume includes delivery but so far I have no idea   when I can expect it or if they are waiting a further payment for delivery.

Anyone gone through the same process?

You should get some kind of receipt - either through the website or via e-mail.

Usually from the good old US of A you will get another charge to pay on delivery for customs duty and VAT

They have sent me an email stating delivery is another $250.00!!!! That means the whole system is shy of £400.00 and for that money I could nearly get the P-flow or Evoms!

Really gutted but I've had to get them to refund it. DOH!!

$250 delivery for an intake is a joke.. My clutch flywheel and whole turbo kit etc only came to $350 with USPS express..

There are better intakes out there anyways mate..

Yeh pretty pissed off to be honest. I liked the look of that for what was gonna work out for £200.00 as it came with the full heat shield etc. I quite like the P-flow one but it doesn't look like it has a heat shield and the general consensus seems to be to avoid the CAI's if they aren't shielded.

I've got £300 burning a hole in my pocket and the filter is the order of the day! Just wish I could find what I wan for the money.

Jonny as you have the  twintake and if you have some spare time, could you please log block 032 (fuel trim) and post the two values. You can do this without starting the car.

Many thanks

I just wanted to see if the values are within the +/-10% tolerance. Apparently if within tolerance it indicates the MAF is correctly positioned in the intake.

Ah ok, well if it wasn't then I think that I would be experiencing problems though surely? Anyways ill try and do it for you..
