As before you have to create a certain amount of posts to enable PM (in my case to discuss the possible purchase of a car advertised on the forum) i dont have anything i wish to ask about, Hence i was forced down the route of adding something ''worthless'' but not ''negative'' in any way in order to be able to communicate. Hardly spamming merely attempting to abide by the forum rules with a view to purchasing a members car.
