I use poor boys wheel sealant also..looking forward to the pics of the new wheels...Can't make Ud now as my car is still in the paint shop :sad1:

I was supposed to be going but got to drive back from Northampton next Friday to get an m.o.t as mine ran out today  :scared:

I put 4 coats on mine which might be over done but better more than less :signLOL:my last mot I for got about it and was out by a month :grin:Was looking forward to u/d as well..

it did prevent stone chips to a point but all depends on what the wheels are and the finish on them...Know my mate is going in is silver bora with some nice alloys on so keep a look out for that

What about carbon collective platinum wheels?

Coated mine in it took one of other day and sprayed it with shampoo/water and it wiped clean with a microfiber

I would use something better than Poorboys to be honest. It's not that good. It won't help with stonechips either.

You would need a ceramic/silica sealant to even hope to add any strength. Cquartz will add scratch resistance and even a normal wax such as collinite or fk1000p would last longer than poorboys

What sealant you recommend jay? May get some carbon collective stuff to put on there
