How do you remove heater control knobs?
« on: September 28, 2013, 11:56:28 am »
Surely this shouldn't be hard?
They aren't budging if I try and pull them off, but I'm sick of tearing the dash apart time after time, so I thought I'd make sure..

Are they the knobs like this

If so place cardboard round them and use pliers and tug they come straight off without damage

Done!
Thanks, I tried cardboard and cloth and neither worked for me, they must've been extra stiff..
Got them off with bubble wrap in the end!
I have the same knobs now, got them on eBay, I don't have a link though sorry!
