Is it definitely 7.5", as if not, its not as simple as a 3mm spacer.

Make sure you grab a screenshot asap of the seller's advert page on eBay - It may provide helpful evidence if a dispute escalates.

Although the details of the ET etc may not match what the wheel should be, the title is clearly misleading even if it wasn't intentional. It could be the result of the seller's ignorance.

Obviously try and come to an amicable agreement - The fact that you have attempted to do so would greatly strengthen any subsequent judgement in your favour.

As suggested above this wheel is a A3 wheel. 7.5x18 ET54

The correct part number for this is 8P0601025R looks as they missed a 0 out.

Cheers for the info, It will hopefully help in me getting my money back.

He did say to me he had a set of these for sale so I wonder who else has fallen into this con?

Also I guess you are a distributor for BBS?

....But is it really a premeditated con?

I haven't spent any time studying the eBay page in detail but I'm wondering if it's just yet another case of ignorance and misinformation so common on eBay.

Quick update.

The wheel is being sent back, the chap said as soon as the carrier collected will get a refund on Paypal.

Lodged the usual dispute with pay pal to cover my arse though.

Fingers crossed! :wink:
