The thing is with the Focus Si we can change it out for the one on the Mondeo if we want to go big turbo, I wonder if this is going to be the norm with the integrated manifolds??

Me too - I've placed an order for a new S-Tronic S3 Sportback to replace my MINI as my daily driver and even with 300hp it goes very well.

It feels nothing like our DSG (standard) Mk5 GTI, it feels so much more willing to rev for a start.

Not to mention it did 41.5mpg on an extended test drive we did!!! (and 25mpg when at maximum attack)

Very impressive engine

370bhp from a piggyback solution isn't bad at all. Once the ECU's have been cracked and proper maps developed should be even higher

Have the likes of REVO/APR etc cracked the new ECUs in the latest GTI/vRS etc yet?
