Fast road/track wheel alignment set up

Hey guys..

After a bit of advice with regards to wheel alignment for fast road/track work.

I've just fitted some SuperPro ball joints so have a bit more camber than normal but still on standard top mounts so can't have loads of camber.

The car is on Bilstein B14 coilovers and fully polybushed.

Was thinking 1.3-1.5 degree camber on the front (max I can have I think)
No toe in on the front, just neutral

Then the rear camber to match the front with a tiny bit of toe in

Would that be ok? If not what would people recmend?

I wouldn't go over 1.5 degrees.

I adjusted my KW Clubsports back from 2 degrees. It makes the front very twitchy and you will only loose straight line speed.

Even factory settings will good. If you a running it as a race car set up with anywhere up 2-4 degrees for certain circuits with not a care in the world for tyre wear I would leave it on factory or a bit more. The turn is super crisp.

Cheers mate, like I said in my first post, I can only run max around 1.3 degrees of camber due to being on standard top mounts but SuperPro ball joints.

I think I'm going to run 1.3-1.5 all round, it's just the toe in/out im a bit uncertain of..

There is no tire wear problem for camber setups up to 2.5 degrees.
There are factory settings for some cars with multilink front suspension that allow camber for up to 2.5 degrees (2 degrees, 30 minutes), for example the previous Ford Fiesta ST.
I've had 2.5 degrees of camber for about 2-3 years and with no tire wear problems (on trackday I need even more camber).

On the rear you want about -1'15 camber and just a fraction of toe in. Or if you want full idiot mode, zero rest toe.
