« on: December 09, 2013, 08:04:36 pm »
Will this fit straight on? I see loads of people doing it, but was just curious.
All comments could be min appreciated.

Is it literally a straight swap?

I've not done it myself but I would imagine it is yes, you will need a sleeve/ reducer pipe but it will just go straight on other than that.

Just get it done and man up!

I think you,ll find it's not a straight swap and adjustments will be needed as tdi from the backbox curves to nearside then to the middle whereas r32 runs straight down the middle -something is in the way on a tdi why it cannot be run straight
Have a look at this miltek made for tdi and you'll see what I mean

It's not an r32exhaust , it's a gti shaped exhaust with the r 32 exit
