I like them both but I think I'd keep the Valeo's!

^^^^ Thanks chaps.   :drinking:

Advice needed peeps...........

What's the best way (and safest way) to remove the rear badges? Also once removed is there a sticky backing left attached to the paintwork and how's that removed?

Thanks Andy.  :drinking:

Long story short......

I removed the trim as I dropped one of the inner light unit nuts down the back of it and then it went behind the metal panels of the boot itself and I couldn't get it out. Could hear the little bugger rattling around so eventually (while annoyed) pulled the trim off, Doh.  :ashamed:

Am leaving the colour coded boot badge backing as is, I prefer it the way it is now.

Peeps say "just pull the trim really hard, it will be fine".......Err no it won't!! I thought it was going to break and guess what.......it did!!

Luckily my local breaker had one, I think a new one is about £100 from VW.  :scared:

Love the R32 bum, definitely better with the reflectors removed but to echo other opinions the ED30 rear lights would work better IMO.
The exhaust tips fit perfectly and look great, is your exhaust resonated or not?
Do you have any sound clips?
Cheers Mike

Blimey bud, you paid £120?  :scared: I thought I was fleeced for £30.

Thanks Mike.

My exhaust is a BCS Sport Powervalve 200 cell cat TBE so its both res and non res, best of both worlds. Nice and quiet/docile (albeit with a deeper burble)  while pottering around town and loud as hell and throbbing when on WOT. All info and links in Reply #1 of this thread.

Sorry, don't have any sound clips. Short of hanging out the car with my phone not sure how to do that.  :ashamed:

Swapped out my VALEO rear light clusters for my OEM Edition 30 ones. Have stuck a pole up to see what peeps think, seeing the pics next to one another I'm leaning towards putting the LED's back in.

Tough choice...
I think the OEM Edition 30 lights look better on daylight and I think the Valeo LED ones look better when turned on.
I am in a similar position and I also don't know what do to...

^^^^ Completely agree, standard lights look better aesthetically but the LED's are way better as lights.
