rear suspension higher?????

is the rear suspension on my ed30 supposed to be 5mm higher at the back, is yours?

even now i have lowered it it is still 5mm higher at the back, has anyone got rid of the rubber issolators from the top of the spring? if you have coilovers do you get rid of the isolators??

Must admit my standard GTI does look a bit higher at the back ?.
