It would cost more than that, bumper and wing need doing as well as blending on the other wing, bonnet and drivers door.. £500 is a reasonable amount for spraying, especially as replacement panels would either be the wrong colour or need spraying from fresh.

I'd agree with that , especially red  :innocent:

Like I say 300 as the wing and bumper will be sprayed off car - anyone is free to spend their £500 or whatever it may be in the perception that paying more will give a better quality job

I guess you don't want your panels to match then do you.

Doesn't matter whether it's on or off the car, to have a PROPER spray job it will be more than that.
Some people have no idea how much things cost lol.

I been in the metal finishing industry for 30 years so I doubt there's anything you can teach me about prepping and painting

200 a day but you wouldn't pay more than 300 so that's a day and a half for you to do the job.

Your heads so far up your back side mate. Talking to people like that's out of order.

If that can be done for 300 correctly then I'll hold my hands up. But my betting its a Fred In the shed using sh*t paint.

If it were me I'd be buying a genuine new wing. The non gen fit like pants and buying used means your inviting trouble 're the old vw wing rust issue.

Then get a used front bumper in good condition.

The colour needs blending into the door so you don't look like apatch work quilt under sodium light.

Some people will blend the other wing but as norm most bumpers are off colour. Yours prob are already.

Like I say you've got 4hrs Labour in strip build and prep, then you paint for the wing bumper and door taking into account that the used bumper will need priming to remove any stone chips.

That's the way I'd do it.

Remember 200 minimum  is my charge --when I posted a comment I had already phoned 4 of my contacts their reply is ---- non metallic 250 --- metallic 300? 1/2 pint needed  insurance approved like I said if I BUY the parts 300 max--as for head so far up backside ( we are here to give constructive advice based on experience) you are welcome to come and rectify the situation
