RNS510 Upgrade?

So I've just ordered a new car and it comes with an RCD510.

I have an older RNS510 (B or C iirc), that I could move over or sell.

So, couple of questions:
What is a B/C unit worth to sell?
What is the latest RNS510 version?
DAB or not DAB? Would I need a new aerial?
