I've known the car for some time but only now I discover your build thread.
I have to say that your car is lovely and that it is one of the best cars on the forum, IMHO.  :congrats:
Usually most of the non GTI owner go for the GTI look. I find it great and an inspiration to other non GTI owners that you kept the OEM front bumper but improved it by a great deal by adding the Votex spoiler. With the other mods (wheels, brakes, etc) I think your car is quite complete.
Again I think the car looks AWESOME and I would like to congratulate you on the progress so far!  :notworthy:
The more I look on other member's ride the more I find really great builds such as yours. This is one of the reasons I like this forum so much

your welcome mate. the attention it gets when it's here is unreal. the guy from the garage next door said it wasn't until he stood back he realised exactly how much had actually been done to it.

The door lights are great mod aren't they?.......I like the boot build as well. I must admit that I've been thinking about adding a sub to mine!

Really nice build thread Andy, You have me thinking twice about changing my front bumper now or leave it as standard

Liking the boot build as well. Keep up the progress bud

Not sure if it's a placebo effect but my car seems to drive a lot better and tick over a lot better
