it has also happened a few times on acceleration through gears, mainly 2nd and 3rd.

Has anyone come across this before? Or any thoughts as to what could be the problem? Im running an APR fuel pump and cam follower is fine.
I had a head gasket change about 3 months ago.

had it checked out by vw, and they think it could be the fuel pump sensor... the fuel pump itself is making 130bar no problem
Anybody every had a problem with this before?
