« on: October 07, 2009, 01:28:52 am »
hi i was wondering if there is a way of fitting electric folding mirrors to a golf without these as standard? or can vw do this for me?
also can  duel zone climate control be retro fitted? as i have standard air con and fancy this. is it a case of getting the controls
and then getting it vag commed or more to it
anyone know of prices  if these mods are possible?
thanks in advance

Foldy mirrors would be expensive I imagine - by the time you have got the motors, housings etc.  I expect it can be done though.

Not sure on climate

Climate would be a nightmare too I think.  VW wouldn't take the job on IMHO.

speak to scott(golfman) he has done the folding mirrors and i only know of one person who has done the climate change and documented it but its a full dash out and changing the aircon box massive job but do-able
