Human joist is spot!

Retroflective is the key part! A lot of eBay sellers will say "it's ok, we have get the BS mark and makers postcode"!! Doesn't matter unless te plates have been submitted and approved by BSi testing. That'll be the sticky point in court should you contest a ticket for pressed plates from a eBay seller.

Only 3 companies have successfully submitted and got BS approval.
