Great build thread, and your private plate is bad a$$! Personally, I'd keep the wheels the colour they are. Keep up the good work!

Cheers pal. I think I am going to leave them the colour they are. I might get some plasti dip in few colours and experiment with them

So got another set of wheels as I liked them so much and have been after them for while so couldn't pass them up

TSW Nurburgrings. 18X8 Et45 and only weigh 18 lbs each!

The finish they have is a machined face with gun metal inserts.

After roughly positioning them up to the car I wasn't keen. I had half a can of plasti dip left and found a pic of them in a darker colour on an R32 so I decided to try it!

Opinions on these please?

I love those wheels too! And they very similar, like VMR V710's as well

Thanks Mandy! Its amazing what a colour change can do.

I've used plasti-dip before (documented in this build thread) and its very durable stuff. I used it for months before actually getting my wheels powdercoated. I cannot recommend this stuff enough.

I can't even remember lol I originally wanted these wheels for performance reasons but really liked the style too. Just not too fond of the machined finish they had.
