I bought the standard R32 one from the same company, if you'll excuse the dirt I can pop out and take some photos?

That's different than a standard r32 rear end, it looks more like the new r with twin pipes either side, I'd go for the proper r32 with the two beefy pipes rather than the four bits it personal choice really.

I had mine sprayed and fitted by the bodyshop near me, they also fitted the exhaust.  The exhaust you are buying is not a cat back system or anything like that, in my case my existing back box was cut off and the new R32 style one joined on.

They said, although it went on fairly easily there were a couple of clips for the old valance that had to be "adapted" to suit the line of the new bumper also the standard arch liners don't match up due to the rear being a different shape, although thats not a massive issue providing you're aware of it and give it a clean.

Another thing to bear in mind is that the OEM bumper comes in 2 parts, in the actual colour coded bit and then the bit that is black around the tailpipes, however the one you're looking at, like mine is one solid part so it eliminates the option of carbon wrapping etc, although the guy that painted it for me painted it gloss black for me.

I'll shoot out now and take some pics.

As I mentioned you'll have to forgive the thick layer of muck on the car but hopefully it should give you an idea.

I paid £180 for painting (2 colours) fitting and exhaust fitting, which seeing as I trust the guy and it took him roughly a day and a half from start to finish I didn't think was too bad.

However if your car is a more common colour (e.g. Tornado Red, Black, Grey) I'd wait for an OEM part in your colour to crop up as they tend to pop up fairly often.  The only reason I went non-OEM is because I'd have had to pay for a respray anyway so the cost of an OEM bumper + getting it to the right colour and fitting would have been too high for me.  Not that I'm not happy with the product or the fit but you always just know its not 100% original.

i would be happy with that i think it fits well from what i can see (minus the layer of muck! :happy2:) think im going to go for the two twin exhausts on each side though. i dont really mind if its non-OEM to be honest, it will all be getting sprayed black.

Thanks for the pics

Any time  :happy2:

The two twin exhausts should look great on a black car.

does it make much difference to the sound of the exhaust?

In my case none at all, sounded exactly like the OEM one, the back box is roughly the same size, although mine is a sooter, it might be different on a petrol.

sorry for all the questions, but do you know if the exhaust system needed welding or did it fit with brackets?

Mine was just brackets , mine came with a joiner section too.
