R32 front bumper strips and badge
« on: April 24, 2014, 06:45:15 am »
I've just bought a r32 but the plastic strips just below the headlight/just above the grills are missing are these interchangeable with the gti or jetta strips

Also does a jetta ,gti or a Tdi gt vw badge fit or does it need to be a r32 badge

Thanks in advance

R32 headlight washer caps are different to the GTI. (The big piece anyway) I believe the VW badge has to be an R32 badge as there smaller than the GTI.

So it's going to turn out really expensive :(

You'd think, but keep your eye on eBay for some deals. I bagged an R32 rear bumper (genuine, brand new) for £100 less than dealer, got the reflectors (which should be £16 each) for £10 for both... Bit of patience can save loads of £££.

Also, get yourself over to the Wanted section on here and put a plea out, I'm sure someone, somewhere will have the bits collecting dust in their shed. You don't ask, you don't get!

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!
