mines on 108k so im guessing thats the problem
is there a how to replace the injector?

Perhaps check on you tube for how to replace injector on 2.0TFSI.

I gave my car to JKM to sort.

You need a special tool to remove TFSI injectors. Looks like a pig of a job

want to try the wynnes egr cleaner but just changed my oil, so if i do use it do i have to change the oil again?

Tried it, didn't work, helped but missfire comes back.

And no you don't need an oil change

Try BG44k just before you change the oil again.

Tbh running a can through midway between oil changes won't do any harm, it's just not a good idea to run lots of injector cleaner bottles through the system.
