"Brake checking" a lorry that's a bit close on a 50mph road, in the outside lane.

Both should have their licences revoked. Gittish driving from both of them, IMHO...
Roads are dangerous enough without this - if you don't like a tailgater - simply get out of their way and they'll be gone...
