mid life crisis

am i sad for wanting to keep my golf spot on , has i have kept all my 30 plus cars lol in the past , little enhancements like footrests etc  , remap , powercoated wheels etc has a guy at work thought i was driving my so called sons car , have no children lol , i am only 47 and enjoy my car , used to love motorbikes  but kept coming off lol

I find running the car is easier on the wallet than a full-time bike habit.  I'm cutting down, but I don't think I'll ever break the addiction.

Forget what anyone else thinks, if it's something you enjoy then just do it! Your mate at work is probably only jealous anyway. In my opinion, Life is too short to think should I, shouldn't I? We are here once & no matter what age you are you are never too old to have a hobby in which case it's your car. I know I'm not going to change, I'll always have an interest in cars & modifying them. An old old friend of mine (old enough to be my grandad!) has just bought himself a brand new Nissan GTR!

My wife says I've been having a mid life crisis for the last 20 years so don't worry mate! Its nice to have nice things and keep them nice, tis what I say.

On a side note of having a mid life crisis (which I am NOT), i bought a load of clothes from Superdry recently and got told off by my family for wearing "age inappropriate clothes". At what age are you no longer allowed to wear a t shirt with branding/logo's on the front??

I hate clothes with big logos on. I went in Superdry once and have never been back coz it was all daft. They had a jacket with 3 zips! What's with pretending to be Japanese, too? It's a British company...

 I can only dream of spending money like the ladies in my life! Even my modding budget pales into comparison to the amount they spend.
