Some have mentioned an ebay seller doing this in the past so try looking there.

Yeah as above but unfortunately the process does involve some 'hand-cranking' by another human, there aren't any automated systems that can generate you a code instantly.

I personally find it amazing how the anti-theft code on these devices are so easily bypassed.
