Best Double Din Solution
« on: July 14, 2014, 05:42:19 pm »
Hi guys, been looking through all the threads but i can't really seem to find what people have thought was the best solution. My ed30 is an 07 which i understand probably means it has the old canbus. Currently i have the rcd500 with no iPod or aux which is killing me. I'm looking for the best solution to have iPod and preferably bluetooth phone in the car for unto/around £300; the lower the better so i can spend more money on cool stuff :jumping:. It doesn't matter to me if the system is second hand, oem or not just as long as it looks decent. I'm not sure whether its worth fitting the updated can bus and getting the rcd 510? Or is it hassle adding bluetooth etc as well? Basically I'm just looking to see what the best route is and what anyone else in this situation has done.

Thanks in advance :happy2:

Really good headunit and no problems in the 2 years I've owned it.  I recommend it to everyone I see looking for a headunit.

How have you found the actual quality of the head unit? are the buttons etc fitting to the car?

All fits perfectly.  Buttons are great and have not came loose like some other Chinese head units do.  Also the colour of the lights matches up to the dash really well.
