Nope. No charges at all. Some things listed as "toys" on the parcel though  :signLOL:

Depends what you buy and the price, for a switch you'll be fine.

I bought this one.

Works perfectly, never had import duties. I've purchased countless items from china through eBay and have never been charged import.

Same here I've bought the chrome trimmed switches and GTI seat inserts. No import duty to pay and surprisingly quick delivery.

For what it's worth I usually use AliExpress - normally cheaper than eBay because you're buying direct from the factory.
Comes with the usual guarantees and I've never been charged import either.

Hes got a point, got had a look on there and all items listed as 'oem' and pictures of vw stamps and codes for £50 posted and that includes:
2 door chrome drivers window switch
Passenger chrome window switch
Drivers central locking
Cherry red hazard
Chrome headlight auto with fogs
Chrome fuel switch
Chrome wing mirror control

Think im gonna give these a go, get everything I need for about half the price bold sport and ebay want

Its just a way of life.

Good thing with aliexpress is they won't release the money to the seller until you have received the item and fully happy with it. Though watch out as there are many scammers there . Look for good reviews and authorised sellers with more than a year presence there
