Guys and girls.
I am after some advice. My work mate woke up to his car alarm going off, only to find that some s**t has kicked in his passenger side headlight, and a few other cars in the street. He drove to mine to use my garage. We have had the bumper off and assessd the damage as below.
Bumper guide profile ( easy to replace)
headlight tab offside broken ( can get tab repair kits)
Slam panel arm to attach lower headight bolt and bumper guide, snapped and missing, ( must have come off on his drive to mine he hasnt got a floor panel fitted!!)
Head light little scratched but not to deep and all bolts snapped. ( can polish out scratch and drill out snapped studs)
Am i right in saying that where the headlight attaches on the lower outside bolt, is onto the slam panel arm. The arm is not a replacement part and he would need a full slam panel replacement?
I think the bumper guide also screws into the same slam panel arm.
Whats the cost of a new slam panel or can you get a scrapped one and remove the arm and screw it onto his one?
cheers all
