Summer Tyres
« on: August 04, 2014, 07:14:08 pm »
I'm looking for a summer tyre when i purchased my car it had new tyres but i'm noticing a lot of road noise. They are a Chinese brand Jinyu they are ok as long as it doesn't rain.

I'm based in Barcelona so i will run a summer tyre all year round.

I'm thinking about Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 am i correct in thinking that for 225 45 R17 i need the 94Y XL?

I also run Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2's, but find the Toyo T1R's to be a more gripper tyre, maybe dont last as long, but i find greater confidence with the Toyo's...
If it's not broke, Mod it.....

Silver is the way !

Discussed various times and generally Goodyears always get good reviews. Ran these on my M5 & they performed really well
