I have some TTS discs with M1144's to fit and its been a long time since I've had to do it, but what's the recommended way to go about bedding them in?

Quick Google and I found this on Pistonheads
Mintex bed in procedure- 3x 30-0 & 4x 70-30 then leave to cool.
