Advise on recieving an item off fellow member

Just wondering how long would guys expect a parcel to be sent from fellow member
I paid for item on 14/15 august,said would post on 16th,but not heard from him since paid
maybe he's holiday ,
Normally have good comms with fellow members when I've bought and sold stuff on here

I had something similar, Bought an induction kit off a member with alot of posts. The guy took my money and I never received my item...

Good times! Always a risk buying from forums IMO.

The real question here is how did you pay for the item, as a Paypal gift or not?
If "not" then IMO open a case with Paypal but send a PM to the member beforehand and hope for a last chance resolution.

This is why i always pay the 3% charge, whats 3% at the end of the day....I never gift unless i know the guy.
