Obviously a 8.5j wheel with a offset of around 42 would sit flush but a 8j wheel with a offset of 42 would sit completely different.  You're best to find out how wide of a wheel you want then someone will let you know a good offset or if you take a look at that guide you'll be able to choose yourself :)
