Like the plates, but is the yellow background reflective as per legal requirements?

That close-up shot of the text in the corner of the plate is the mark that denotes that they are fully legal! (BSAU145D)

Ooh I might have to get a set of these, they look very nice. Don't like our plastic acrylic plates :/
