Spent the best part of a week polishing the car. It's a bit better than last time.

Once i got her out in the sun. I noticed a few areas where i didn't buff off the sealant properly.

Pity i cant take a good photo.

Don't think my bumper is straight.

I did a really good job on the roof 99% perfect the rest not so much. Think the drivers door has been resprayed as getting paint on the pad so didn't hit this with any hard pads or polish just a finishing pad.

Not sure what you mean about the bumper not being straight. You might try to release the bolts and retorque them with the bumper in the correct position with the help of someone else.

Yeah, you might want to try to partially remove the bumper and then refit it properly. Something is out of its place in the left side.

Not much to report lately. Car is running better than ever hopefully i will have a couple of thousand kilometres without something breaking.

The Koonlung K1S arrived today. Will be getting this installed next week. It seems to be a good quality kit.

regards bumper allignment, maybe trick of the light but looks like headlight too. if it is, it's probably slam panel mis alligned, you may need to adjust left and right to get it sitting evenly.

Don't get me started u know i have OCD.  :signLOL: There is a bigger gap between the bonnet and light on the left had side. But the bonnet also sits fractionally higher on the left.

i'm a little OCD too, if it is slam it's easy adjusted and bonnet will just be the rubbers in the front corners need turning in/out to suit  :happy2:

Does the bumper have to come off to adjust the slam panel?

shouldn't for this as long as it's a simple case of back / forward allignment, the slam is bolted on at each side above the headlights, the bolt holes are enlarged so allows you a little wiggle room, just loosen them off - pull / push the direction you want it, nip up bolts while holding and see how it looks. as i say it may be a case of left out and right in a little to get it sat evenly but i'm sure you'll see when you do it.
