Well guys,
only a few bits n bobs done on the car,im not really 'feeling' the car atm???
since upgrading the mounts(which is probably why lol) the car doesnt seem to be as quick if you know what i mean??maybe its the cars not lurching forward when booting now cos its all stiffened maybe, also it seems like it drones now in acceleration, doesnt sound as nice when moving? maybe cos off these mounts again but seems fine from the outside lol
alex noticed that the peron fmic isnt sitting flush aswell, its on an angle and the throttle pipe is touching the fan shroud ;( and the bumper needs trimming so its getting booked in for another days work in october to sort this, intake manifold removed and stems cleaned then fitting RFD,then depending time wise the rear brakes will be upgraded with new brackets to run the larger discs, pads and Hel braided lines then a system flush with Ate super blue fluid
anyways sorry for the moaning lol, picked up a few bits n pieces over the past few weeks so gave it a go fitting etc
Newsouth boost gauge that matches the 'R' clocks and an Osir gauge holder vent
didnt fancy taking all the revo kit and battery tray etc to out get through the firewall so a mate pushed a metal coat hanger through from the inside and see where it came out
now hows that for jammy lol, took a couple of attempts and a few zip ties to hold it on but manged to do it eventually so over the moon, new nipple onto the forge boost tap then fed under the dash and up the side panel near the drivers side fuse box into vent ;)
now im not really into the electric side but after reading the newsouth guide for wiring it into the headlight switch with posi-taps(never seen these before) i thought id give it ago,10 mins later all up and running
so easy to use
finished
well chuffed, only a few dress up parts for the engine went on aswell, forge washer cap and porsche coolant cap(no pic)
my big brake kit arrived today also so just giving it a quick clean and wax before fitting soon so ill update later
cheers for reading
