Just a couple as not had time to wash it properly...

Skirts & Wheels

Will get wheels refurbished and already ordered new caps!

Still bedding brakes in but they look awesome. There the Cupra 345mm set up with Tarox discs and pads.

Need to flare arches as they ocasionally scrape but nothing too major. Would prefer to keep them on 235 tyres.

Need to sort my EGR as it's a bit juddery at the moment.

Also picked this bargain up...

All fixings mint, plus ED30 splitter. Going to smooth the inserts out and get on when I get a chance.

When I've washed it I'll get some better pics and some of the VW Racing intake and R32 clocks.

Cheers Andy, I think the skirts change the whole look.

Not 100% what I'm going for yet. Have considered a 300bhp overhaul or maybe just an exhaust and map til after my wedding.

£2500 for the turbo
£1000 clutch

£400 for the map

So here is my latest to-do list:

    • Get EGR cleaned
    • Rear discs & pads to match the fronts / clean calipers thoroughly
    • Refurb helios / new 225's
    • Trip to Darkside Developments
    • Test fit new bumper, remove headlight washers, bumper then smoothed / sprayed / fitted
    • Delete shark-fin aerial / new head unit with DAB
    • Full respray / inc rear spoiler fitted
    • Heated Wingbacks and armrest

Yes your right the cost is the main factor but i'm planning on keeping this for a long time so we'll see.

It's approx 170 bhp at the min but I have no printout.

Going to try a last attempt with a HID kit. Not had much luck in the past with them. Going to solder and heat shrink connections so water can't get in!

I've never had an issue with the beam, just the bloody connections getting water in them no matter how much I try to tape it all up.
