Sorry but in comparison it is poverty spec to me, no leather, no nav, possibly no folding mirrors! All of which mine has plus everything you mention above!
Its still £3,100 more than il be asking with much lower spec on same year so as i said already MASSIVELY OVERPRICED 
Took a look at yours - all it is missing is the MFSW. I would class yours as highly specced and this one as moderately specced.
Such a boring conversation, I know, but it interests me.
Looking at yours, of course it is the better buy and has more/better options!
