Gordon's moving on..
« on: November 26, 2009, 12:29:38 pm »
Yip, Gordon is going..

Havnt been about much as my other half has just moved up to me from down south and we're now on a saving streak to get our own place in a year and a bit..

He has a VW Polo GTi (old style, 09 plate) and added to my costs for Gordon, its just silly money.. So Gordon has been nominated to leave..

Just waiting for my lot here at work to let me know what they want to offer me.. (im looking for 14k)

I will still be around.. and if Polo is welcome (it is a GTi!  :chicken:) will pop to meets when I can..

Thanks though to all the peoples that have helped me with Gordon related issues..  :happy2:

I'd have said ditch the Polo and keep Gordon

Maybe you wouldn't quite get £14k for the Polo, but you'd have a lot more fun in keeping Gordon
Golf R gone.

I know.. I just need 14 to pay of settlement on finance and have a little spare to pay off insurance.lol

But yes, Gordon would be better to keep as is more fuel friendly and a better size, but.. he loves his Polo and has waited ages to get one.. So...

Its dedication when you part with a fantastic car like the GTI mk5 Golf but at least you have his little brother to pass the time with.

It's a TDI
Only 250.1bhp - but with that noise, who cares?

Mile-muncher ordered: MkVI 1.6 TDi BlueMotion Match DSG with leather, winter pack, luxury pack, fogs, climate control, Dynaudio pack, RCD510 with DAB & MDI, flat tyre indicator

....

Nice to hear that things are good with you anyway, Caz, and nice that you haven't forgotten us either.

:drinking:

Btw, I'd sell them both and create a tastefully modded Lupo GTI
