Autobrite Direct DA21 Dual Action Machine Polisher any good??

I'm just about to make purchase of Autobrite Direct DA21 Dual Action Machine Polisher for £180, can anybody recommend them, I'm a novice in detailing world so think this safe starter, any advise would be much appreciated!!

check out the price on cleanyourcar.com.

Its a da (random orbital) with a 21mm throw...basically a rupes.
