morming mate i have a milltek r32 exhaust on my, i wouldnt really say you can see alot of the back box hanging down. Will try post a pic up in a min. But i wouldnt really recommend a milltek, i think the quality of my is awful, exhust tips have corroded, ive had to have a crack welded on backbox. The way its all been cut, is abit rough imo.

Cheers mate, i reckon they may have made them abit better now, i read online a few others had cracks in there systems. So they must of sorted it out! Ive had it on a while now, i do prefer the look of the r32 exhuast. But i do get fed up of alot of people asking is it a r32, when ive clearly left the gti badges, wheels and grill on!
Tbh ive not heard another exhaust system on a gti so im no help there!

Or get a BCS R32 cat bact or TBE and no need to worry about the back box as there isn't one.

I've had a R32 custom made system , which has deleted the back box completely and had a new box fitted after the cat to keep it quiet , full stainless steel and a lifetime warranty
