Am i missing a cover from my engine bay? Just infront on the battery theres two lug looking things just wonderd if something goes in them

I'm fairly sure they are mounting points for an airbox, on other models. Audi S3 maybe?

Nope, never had anything in there.

Now covered 109000 miles without it, so don't need it!

on my 1.9 tdi the airbox slots in to the lugs

as above - generic part, diesel airboxes fit there
