What else to replace?

I have ordered a new rear brake caliper due to the old one sticking. Should I replace anything else while it's off? Or can I get away with just replacing the caliper?
I'm trying to keep costs down as I am skint atm!

Had just the caliper replaced on my old car when they broke the bleed nipple. They did nothing else.

There is no replacement for displacement....

Thanks, that's what I'm hoping I can get away with. I will be changing the discs and pads all round eventually anyway.
