wheel offset
« on: June 01, 2015, 12:36:41 am »
I know I sound like a complete plank but could someone please explain wheel offset to me. Am I right in thinking that if a wheel has a 54mm offset and I add 10mm spacers that the offset should now be 44mm or is it the other way around . confused.com  :ashamed:

Yes you are correct, the lower the offset the further the wheel sticks out and the higher the offset the further it sticks in. Not exactly sure where it measured from and the technical specifics but I know what it means which is all I need  :rolleye:.
