SPRING SIZE CAN ANY 1 HELP

can any 1 tell me the size of a acutal gti front spring as iv got some pi lowering springs for my gti.but dont want to fit them if the 1s i have are the same size
so if any one has some could they messure the size top/bottom and let me no
