BBS CH

Ive got a chance of getting a set of bbs ch wheels ive always wanted these wheels they were originally on a audi a3 so they are 7.5 18 et 54 will i have any issues with these fitting on my mk5 currently run audi Rs4 wheels 18 inch unsure of the rest of the details any help would be great

They will not rub on the fenders and they will surely clear the suspension but what front brakes do you have? The only problem you might have with them is not clearing a BBK.
You're fine with GTI brakes or Cupra/S3, anything above will need wheel spacers.

Being as they're only ET54 I'd run them with a minimum of 10mm spacers all round personally. Possibly 12 and 15mm.
They're Audi A3 wheels and will look a little lost in the arches unless you space them out a bit.

But after spacers, he will need drop aswell.

I never cared about looks, being a track junkie.  :signLOL:
So they will not rub the fenders and clear OEM calipers.
